Delete your login

If you can sign in:

1. Open your profile.
2. In Danger zone, type DELETE and choose Delete my account.

That action calls the authentication provider to delete the user. The profile row and organization memberships that point at that user are removed with it. You are signed out.

If you are the only owner of an organization, the product stops the deletion and asks you to promote another member to owner first. There is no button in the product that deletes the organization itself.

What account deletion does not remove

Domains, findings, policies, risks, vendors, training records, invoices, and files stay with the organization. Uploaded avatars and risk documents are stored separately from the login, and this button does not promise to purge those files. Some records store the user id of the person who created them. If the database still requires that user id, deletion can fail until those links are cleared. The screen shows the error when that happens.

[BACKUP RETENTION PERIOD] is not documented in this app. Assume backups can outlive the live row until counsel and operations set a period.

Ask us to finish a deletion

Email privacy@cyberenforced.io if you cannot sign in, if the button fails, or if you want an organization deleted. Include:

• the account email address;
• the organization name, if you want that organization removed;
• whether you are an owner of that organization.

We will acknowledge a verifiable request and respond within 45 days, as the Privacy Policy already states. We may need to confirm that you control the email address on the account. An authorized agent may write for you and should include proof of authorization.

Organization deletion is a staff operation. [OPERATOR RUNBOOK] for deleting an organization, its rows, and its stored files is not in this app. Until that runbook exists, treat the email above as the request path, not as an instant delete.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 13, or under 16 where that higher age applies. If you believe we have data about a child, email privacy@cyberenforced.io and we will delete it.
