1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of CyberEnforced (the "Service"), operated by [Company Legal Name] ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.

2. The Service

CyberEnforced runs automated external checks (DNS, SPF, DMARC, TLS, and related configuration checks) against domains you add, surfaces the results as findings, computes a severity-weighted security score, and lets your team organize findings into projects with owners and due dates. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Accounts and organizations

You need an account to use the Service. Accounts belong to one or more organizations, and an organization's owners and admins control who else can join and what role they hold. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that happens under your account and credentials.

4. Domains you scan

By adding a domain to the Service, you represent that you own it or are otherwise authorized to have it scanned — for example, as an employee, contractor, or agent of the domain's owner. You're responsible for making sure every domain your organization adds meets this requirement. We may suspend scanning of a domain, or your account, if we reasonably believe this representation is false.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Add a domain to the Service that you don't own or aren't authorized to have scanned;
• Use the Service to test, attack, or gather information about any system without authorization;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data;
• Reverse engineer the Service beyond what applicable law permits; or
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law.

6. Fees

The Service is currently offered at no charge. If we introduce paid plans, additional terms describing pricing, billing, and cancellation will be presented and will apply from the date you accept them — nothing in these Terms currently obligates you to pay for the Service.

7. Your data and findings

As between you and us, you own the domain information, scan results, findings, and project data your organization creates in the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

8. Disclaimers

The Service reports on external, observable configuration signals at a point in time. It is not a guarantee that a domain is secure, that all vulnerabilities have been found, or that a finding's absence means none exist. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Company Legal Name] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for a violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use section above.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we'll make reasonable efforts to notify account owners.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Law Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
