Enterprise-Ready in 90 Days: SOC 2 + AI Governance for Fintech & Semiconductor Companies
SOC 2 and AI governance for fintech and semiconductor companies, so security stops blocking your deals.
A buyer will not move the contract until someone answers security.
The form is long, the owner is busy, and the deal waits on both.
Procurement wants policies, access reviews, and a named owner for each gap.
The short version of the same question, usually with a deadline attached.
We support the reviews these buyers already send. This is readiness support. We help you prepare. We do not certify you, we do not issue SOC 2 or ISO reports, and this is not legal advice.
Readiness support for the reviews banks, card brands, and enterprise buyers send.
Readiness support for fab, equipment, and design-data reviews. Not a certification.

One framework track for a company that needs the gap assessment, a core policy set, and questionnaire answers.
The 90-day program: SOC 2 plus AI governance, evidence, and a Trust Center.
More than one team, or the semiconductor track, with an ongoing retainer after day 90.
An ongoing retainer is available after the 90 days. We scope it with you. It is not priced on this page.
If you are not audit-ready by day 90, we keep working at no charge until you are. Audit-ready means the deliverables in your tier are in place for an auditor to start. It does not mean a report has been issued.
Type I looks at whether the controls are designed and in place on a specific date. Type II looks at whether those controls operated over a review period, often three to twelve months. This program prepares the design, evidence, and handoff. It does not finish a Type II observation window, and we do not issue the report. An independent CPA firm does that.
No. Vanta or Drata can hold evidence if you want that workflow. The same program can run on documents plus the CyberEnforced platform. If you choose one of those tools, weeks 9-12 include setup. Neither tool is required.
Plan on a working session in weeks 1-2, then a few hours a week from someone who can approve policies, export access lists, and confirm what a questionnaire should say. We draft. Your team confirms what is true.
Yes, as readiness support. The semiconductor track includes ISO 27001, SEMI E187 equipment cybersecurity, IP and design-data protection, NIST 800-171/CMMC readiness for the defense supply chain, and export-control-aware data handling, plus AI governance for design and yield tools. We do not certify you, and this is not legal advice.
